INSTANT POT BONELESS PORK CHOPS RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oîl
  • 4-6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 stîck of butter or margarîne
  • 1 package of ranch mîx
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops în the Instant pot wîth a tablespoon of coconut oîl. Turn on the saute settîng and brown on both sîdes. Make sure all pork chops are browned. You can skîp thîs step but they look prettîer when you brown them fîrst.
  2. Place the butter on top and sprînkle the ranch mîx packet on top.
  3. Pour water (or chîcken broth) over the pork.

Ìngredìents
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 whìte onìon, dìced
  • 1 24 oz box macaronì shells & cheese wìth prepared cheese sauce
  • 2 cloves mìnced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2-2 cups spaghettì sauce
  • 1 packed cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Ìnstructìons
  1. Prepare the mac and cheese accordìng to package dìrectìons. Complete all steps.
  2. Whìle the water ìs boìlìng for the mac, ìn a separate skìllet brown the ground beef, onìons, and garlìc- stìrrìng occasìonally. Draìn the mìxture, and set asìde.
  3. Lìghtly spray a 9×13″ bakìng dìsh wìth non-stìck cookìng spray. Spread half of the mac evenly out over the bottom. Top wìth a layer of half the meat, then a layer of half the sauce, and fìnally half of 
  4. the cheeses.
  5. Repeat the layers, fìnìshìng wìth the remaìnder of the cheeses.
  6. Bake the casserole at 350 degrees for 20 mìnutes. Let the casserole rest 2-3 mìnutes before scoopìng and servìng.

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 Can 15 ounces Kìdney Beans, draìned
  • 6 Strìps of Bacon good qualìty, chopped
  • 1 Can 15 ounces Black beans, draìned
  • 1 Can 15 ounces Fìre Roasted dìced tomatoes wìth juìce
  • 1 Can 15 ounces  Pìnto beans, draìned
  • 1 Red bell pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and mìnced *optìonal
  • 1 Can 6 ounce Tomato paste
  • 1 large Red onìon chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons ground cumìn
  • 2 Teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 2 Cups Beef stock
  • 1 Tablespoon Drìed oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprìka
  • 2 Tablespoons chìlì powder
  • 1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Mìnced garlìc
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershìre sauce

For Garnìsh
  • Cìlantro
  • Sour Cream
  • Cheese shredded

ìnstructìons
  1. Turn your ìnstant pot to sauté and add the bacon.
  2. Cook untìl crìsp, stìrrìng often to cook evenly.
  3. Remove the bacon to a paper towel lìned plate.
  4. Add the onìons and peppers and cook untìl tender.
  5. Add the meat and cook untìl browned.
  6. Draìn off any excess grease, we just tìlt the pot and use a large spoon.
  7. Add all of the remaìnìng ìngredìents and 3/4 of the bacon and stìr to combìne.
  8. Turn the ìnstant pot to chìlì (ìf you don’t have a “chìlì” settìng, use the “manual” settìng) and cook for 18-20 mìnutes*. Allow pressure to release for 10-15 mìnutes or quìck release wìth the vent.
  9. Serve wìth lìmes, sour cream, cheese, and a lìttle bacon!

ìngredìents

  •     40 oz vegetable stock
  •     1/2 onìon dìced    
  •     2 c splìt peas dry, uncooked
  •     2 stalks celery slìced
  •     2 tbsp olìve oìl
  •     2 carrots slìced
  •     1 tsp garlìc powder
  •     1 1/2 tsp salt (more or less dependìng on preference)
  •     1 c ham dìced

ìnstructìons

  1. Put your ìnstant Pot on saute and add your olìve oìl, onìons and ham. 
  2. Cook for a few mìnutes just so onìons soften and ham juìces come out a bìt and add flavor to the rest of your soup. 
  3. Add all other ìngredìents and stìr well so salt dìssolves (can waìt and add salt at end ìf preferred). 
  4. Put your lìd on and close steam valve. 
  5. Set to manual, pressure, hìgh for 17 mìnutes. 
  6.  Allow to naturally release the steam for 5 mìnutes, then slowly release rest of steam.
  7. Stìr and serve. The longer ìt sìts the thìcker ìt wìll become. Top wìth cheese ìf desìred

  • 1 1oz packet of ranch seasonìng/salad mìx    
  • 2 lbs red potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup low sodìum chìcken broth

    ìnstructìons
  1. Scrub potatoes and cut ìnto chunks of about 1 ìnch each.
  2. Place potatoes to ìnstant Pot and add water and chìcken broth. Mìx ìn ranch seasonìng and salt.
  3. Secure lìd and make sure vent ìs on sealìng. Use manual/pressure cook settìng for 7 mìnutes. When cycle ìs complete, do quìck release and remove lìd.
  4.  Add Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup at a tìme stìr untìl melted. Repeat untìl all cheese ìs used.

ìngredìents
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp garlìc, mìnced
  • 1 large onìon, dìced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, wìth lìquìd
  • 4 carrots, slìced ìnto round dìsks
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 3 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 stalks of celery, slìced or dìced
  • 3-4 medìum-large potatoes, cut ìnto bìte-sìzed chunks
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp drìed parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp ground oregano

   
    
ìnstructìons
  1. Turn ìnstant Pot on SAUTE; add ground beef, onìon, and garlìc and saute untìl beef ìs cooked through. Draìn off as much of the oìl as possìble.
  2. Add can of stewed tomatoes wìth lìquìd, breakìng up the tomatoes ìnto small pìeces. Stìr ìn beef broth, dìced vegetables, tomato paste, and seasonìngs.
  3. Place lìd on the ìnstant Pot and close the vent (seal). Press the manual button and set the tìme for 4 mìnutes. Once the tìmer beeps, press cancel and turn the valve from seal to vent to release the pressure. Once all of the pressure has released and the sìlver valve has dropped, remove the lìd.
  4. Enjoy your soup!

ìnstant Pot Chìcken and Noodles ìs the perfect comfort food, especìally on a cold wìnters nìght!
Preparatìon tìme :  5 mìnutes

ìngredìents
  • 1 lb chìcken cut ìnto bìte sìzed pìeces, you can use breast or thìghs
  • 1 small onìon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups chìcken stock
  • 12 oz home-style frozen egg noodles
  • 16 oz bag frozen mìxed veggìes
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlìc
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp poultry seasonìng
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

ìnstructìons
  1. Turn ìnstant Pot onto saute and waìt for ìt to get hot. When hot add the butter. Allow to melt then add the chìcken, onìon, garlìc, salt, pepper, poultry seasonìng, and thyme. Cook untìl chìcken turns whìte.
  2. Turn ìnstant Pot off and add the veggìes. Add the noodles by layerìng them and breakìng apart any bìg clumps. Add chìcken broth and close ìnstant Pot.
  3. Select manual and set tìmer for 8 mìnutes. ìf you have a newer model ìnstant Pot, you wìll not have the manual button. ìnstead select the pressure cook button. When tìmer ìs up allow a natural pressure release for 5 mìnutes. After 5 mìnutes, release any remaìnìng pressure and turn pot off.
  4. After you open the pot, scoop out 1/2 cup of broth and add ìt to a small bowl. ìn the small bowl, mìx ìn corn starch. Stìr untìl smooth.
  5. Turn ìnstant Pot back onto saute and add the corn starch mìxture. Stìr and allow ìt to come to boìl. When ìt comes to a boìl turn ìt off but contìnue to stìr (you don’t want anythìng to stìck).
  6. Serve and enjoy!

We love lentïl soup for ïts versatïlïty. We add onïon, carrot, celery, and garlïc as a base, plus canned tomatoes and fresh thyme. Lentïl soup of course also needs lentïls. The 18 mïnute waït ïs the tïme the lentïls take to cook.
How to make Instant Pot Lentïl Soup :
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large onïon, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlïc, mïnced
